What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:
- Lead a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience and ensure accurate I 9 processing
- Run and analyze attendance reports to support workforce planning
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Support employee engagement efforts and help strengthen company culture
- Assist with training, development, and talent pipeline initiatives
- Partner with HR leadership on projects that improve processes and employee experience
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- 3 years in HR with a minimum of 1 year in Manufacturing and/or Operations
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating complex situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with onboarding, employee support, or administrative processes (preferred but not required)
- Ability to build trust, remain objective, and support employees at all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools
- A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and support a positive workplace culture
Education / Certifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Equivalent experience in HR, leadership, or people focused roles will be strongly considered
Physical Requirements:
- Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting
- Reading, communication, math.
- Working at a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above
