In-Store Sales / Outside Marketing Representative / Appointment Setter / Lead Generator
We are looking for an outgoing, committed individual with excellent communication skills, who is comfortable initiating conversations with potential customers in a fast-paced environment in a customer-facing role.
Join our dynamic team as an In-Store Sales / Outside Marketing Representative and drive business growth through strategic customer engagement.
We partner with major home improvement retailers and warehouse stores to connect with homeowners and generate high-quality leads / appointments for home improvement services. The two distinct positions we offer in Outside Marketing are Lead Generator and Appointment Setter.
We're hiring part-time team members currently with the opportunity to be promoted to full-time based on high reliability and performance.
Moore Water Treatment is a family owned and operated business for over 45 years! While EcoWater - our manufacturer for our water softener & filtration systems - is 100 years old! We are EcoWater's #1 Authorized dealer and have become the #1 dealer in water filtration and softener systems in the world! We take great pride in our success and appreciate our staff enough to care about them like family.
Responsibilities
· Engage with customers in-store at our partnered retail and warehouse locations to promote home improvement services.
· Generate qualified appointments / leads by either identifying homeowners interested in our offerings and scheduling appointments for our sales team OR entering customers into a general raffle drawing for a $200 / $400 gift card.
· Deliver excellent customer service, building trust and rapport with potential clients
· Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments using provided tools.
· Represent our brand professionally within a retail and warehouse environment.
This is a Permanent position! You must be able to work 4-5 days a week with Saturdays being mandatory. Shifts run 4-6 hours.
Pay starts at $17/hour for good attendance and meeting an easily obtainable quota. But you can earn unlimited commissions & bonuses on top of that base pay when those appointments turn into sales when you become an Appointment Setter!! The harder you hustle, the bigger the reward!!
Qualifications:
· You must be 17 or older
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
· Reliable transportation (Personal vehicle preferred) - open to commuting for events
· Ability to work independently, confidently, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting marketing and lead generation goals.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
