Confidential Search

An established and growing automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a confidential search to replace a valued team member. All inquiries will be handled with complete discretion.

We're looking for a professional who understands that being a Service Advisor is about building relationships, creating trust, and delivering an exceptional ownership experience—not simply writing repair orders.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspections
Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Coordinate efficiently with technicians, parts, and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery
Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) while maintaining strong service sales performance
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using dealership management systems and CRM software
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
