Location - Ardmore, OK
Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to manage the Holiday Inn in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
This 127-room full-service hotel offers comfortable accommodations, 1500 square feet of meeting room and outstanding amenities, including an on-site restaurant, swimming pool, and convenient on-site parking. We are seeking a General Manager who is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading hotel operations with a focus on both guest satisfaction and profitability. Previous experience as a General Manager of a full-service hotel is preferred but not required. Candidates should have food and beverage management experience and be proficient with IHG operating systems.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of:
- Leading profitable hotel operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Building, hiring, training, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Managing food and beverage operations to deliver quality service and strong financial results.
- Managing expenses, increasing revenue, and achieving ownership's financial objectives without compromising the guest or team member experience.
- Creating a culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
