As our Maintenance Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility by overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our property. Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of maintenance requests and issues
Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal staff to resolve maintenance issues and complete projects
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA
