Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $72,000–$84,000 base salary + Quarterly Performance Bonus

We're a growing residential home services company looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and keep our field and office teams running at their best.

If you've managed operations in a residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical company and enjoy building efficient systems, coaching teams, and delivering an outstanding customer experience, we'd love to meet you.

This is a leadership role where you'll directly impact company growth, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the dispatch board and optimize technician schedules for maximum efficiency
Coordinate daily operations between office staff and field technicians
Supervise and coach Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
Schedule sold work and ensure technicians are prepared for each day's jobs
Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate PTO schedules, onboarding, and day-to-day office operations
Order equipment and parts while maintaining warehouse inventory
Track operational KPIs including revenue, productivity, and call conversion
Manage fleet maintenance and ensure operational readiness
Conduct employee performance reviews and identify training opportunities
Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency across the business

What We're Looking For

Previous Operations Manager experience in a residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services company (required)
Strong dispatching and scheduling experience
Experience leading office staff and field teams
Experience using a CRM platform (ServiceTitan or similar)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze KPIs and improve operational performance
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated with an ownership mindset
