Phoenix Valley, AZ — Field-based, Veteran Owned

Polaris is hiring in the Phoenix Valley.

WHAT POLARIS DOES

Polaris designs and builds the outdoor spaces homeowners actually live in — patios, outdoor kitchens, pavers, retaining walls. The backyard they pictured when they bought the house.

What Polaris promises in the first conversation is what the homeowner gets at the final walkthrough. No exceptions. That standard is called VICTORY, and it's the filter for everyone on the team.

Canvass Valley neighborhoods and find homeowners ready for a change
Make calls, prospect, knock doors, and create relationships that last
Educate homeowners on what's possible for their space
Set qualified consultations and hand off to the design team
Track your pipeline and follow up like it matters — because it does

COMPENSATION

There are two paths, determined during the interview process.

Base Plus Commission gives you a floor, and caps your potential.

Full Commission removes the floor, and unlocks your potential.
