The Keyser team is looking to bring on a full-time research assistant. The research assistant position will work directly with our team of business development specialists and commercial real estate brokers to complete a range of research projects and assist in expanding our research practices.

To be successful within the Keyser culture, the ideal candidate will need to be a team player, have a willingness and hunger to learn, be able to take direction and excel at the research requested for the subject matter, and most importantly, have a positive attitude. The team collaborates on projects regularly and there is plenty of opportunity for career growth within Keyser.

Responsibilities:

Gathering building, lease, and sales data
Entering building information and uploading flyers into internal company databases
Researching and qualifying lists for lead generation
Various office duties to include copying, scanning, and electronic filing.

Requirements:

Preferably have some experience with research platforms (Costar, Loopnet, SitesUSA)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel is a must)
Must be attentive to details and deadline-driven
Must be organized
Must be comfortable multitasking
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (experience in research in place of is possible)
3-5 years of experience in a research role required
Salesforce knowledge is a huge plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: Starting at $40,000
Location: Entrada Building – McDowell and Scottsdale
Hours: Monday – Friday 8-5
Time Off: Gracious paid time off plan
Insurance: Medical/Dental/Vision available; Life Insurance and disability benefits paid by company
