We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sewing and Crochet Independent Contractor to bring creative craftsmanship to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sewn and crocheted items, ensuring each piece meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities

Create sewn garments, accessories, or home décor items with precision and attention to detail
Develop intricate crochet pieces, including clothing, decorative items, or functional products
Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble and finish products according to specifications
Follow detailed patterns, instructions, and quality standards to ensure consistency across all items
Manage your own workspace to maintain organization and safety during production
Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project for billing purposes

Requirements

Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques using various fabrics and materials
Proficiency with sewing machines, including troubleshooting common issues
Skilled in crochet with a portfolio of completed projects demonstrating craftsmanship
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
Strong attention to detail, quality control, and commitment to craftsmanship excellence
