Daisy Industrial Services LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Industrial Pipefitter / Crew Foreman to lead our field fabrication and installation crews.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong industrial pipefitting experience. The right candidate must be able to lead a crew while also performing and directing complex pipe layout, fit-up, fabrication, and installation work.
This is not a residential or commercial plumbing position. Our work focuses on industrial process piping, welding, fabrication, equipment installation, and facility projects within manufacturing and processing environments.
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews consisting of pipefitters, welders, millwrights, fabricators, and other field personnel.
- Measure, layout, fit, and assemble industrial process piping systems, including calculating offsets, angles, take-offs, elevations, and fitting allowances.
- Read and interpret piping isometrics, blueprints, schematics, fabrication drawings, and project specifications.
- Perform and oversee field fit-up, ensuring proper alignment, dimensions, elevations, slopes, and clearances prior to welding and installation.
- Work with stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials used in industrial process piping applications.
- Plan and coordinate daily field activities, including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment, to keep projects safe, productive, and on schedule.
- Provide hands-on technical direction to crew members and troubleshoot field conditions to prevent delays and rework.
- Monitor workmanship and conduct quality-control checks to ensure work meets project specifications, customer requirements, and Daisy standards.
- Coordinate with Project Management regarding progress, manpower, materials, equipment needs, field conditions, and potential delays.
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades on the jobsite.
- Complete required project documentation using company software, email, and other technology.
- Lead jobsite safety by enforcing Daisy and customer safety requirements, identifying hazards, conducting pre-job planning, and stopping work when unsafe conditions exist.

Qualifications
- Significant hands-on industrial/process pipefitting experience required
- Previous experience leading or supervising field crews
- Strong knowledge of industrial pipe layout, fit-up, field measurements, offsets, fittings, and fabrication
- Ability to independently lay out and fit complex piping systems from drawings and field measurements
- Experience fitting pipe for welding
- Experience with stainless steel process piping strongly preferred
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, food/beverage, dairy, or other processing facilities preferred
- Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, millwright, and equipment installation
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and company/service-management software
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma, GED, or applicable technical/trade-school education
- Valid authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
