That's why we're looking for a compassionate, skilled psychotherapist to join our growing team. Our mission is to provide quality, affordable, accessible mental health care to anyone who needs it.
We provide counseling and psychotherapy services that support health, happiness & prosperous relationships... one client, one family, one neighborhood at a time! We do this by offering counseling appointments locally (in-person) in Ahwatukee and via telehealth to serve all of Arizona. We have reasonable rates and accept most insurance plans, so clients get great therapy at a fair price! We offer trauma-informed, personality-informed, neuro-informed, culturally relevant services that help people make progress in key areas of life: biologically, neurologically, physically, financially, emotionally, spiritually, psychologically, sexually and socially.

Our vision is to be a trusted provider, employer, and community partner in counseling and psychotherapy services for the Ahwatukee Community and surrounding areas in the state of Arizona.
Our purpose is to prove that counseling can help! As a therapist at Ahwatukee Psychology, you'll provide meaningful care to clients while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid schedule and the support of an established practice.
You'll have the freedom to do the work you love without carrying the burden of running a practice on your own. Ahwatukee Psychology is an Equal Opportunity, W-2, Fee-For-Service, performance-based employer/practice with hourly compensation for administrative tasks, as appropriate and approved. Note: minimum clinical hours to continue employment are 10 completed sessions per week.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will:
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy through in-person and telehealth sessions.
- Help individuals, couples, families, and groups achieve meaningful progress.
- Work with adolescents, adults and seniors.
- Maintain quality documentation and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team committed to excellence.

- Hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Possess an active Arizona license.

- Want flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality.
- Enjoy working independently while remaining connected to a team.

- Want to work Tuesday-Thursday 10am-2pm
- Refuse to work with couples
- Live more than 20 minutes away from Ahwatukee
- Have no interest in incorporating the Enneagram of Personality into your work
- You haven't already done your own work
- Are not interested in being a part of a team
- Are not interested in your own personal growth and development
- Don't receive feedback well
