Full Job Description

Director of Operations – Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations (Phoenix, AZ)

We're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a growing portfolio of approximately 16 fast-casual/QSR restaurants throughout Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth organization known for preparing fresh, high-quality food using a scratch kitchen approach.

The Director of Operations will provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to multi-unit leaders and restaurant teams, driving excellence in guest experience, financial performance, food quality, and team development. This position is based in the Phoenix metropolitan area and requires regular travel throughout Arizona.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Director of Operations, Regional Director, Area Director, or similar multi-unit leadership role within QSR or fast casual
Must currently be working in the QSR or fast-casual restaurant industry
Proven experience overseeing 10 or more restaurant locations
Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams, improving operational execution, and achieving financial goals
Strong experience with P&L management, labor optimization, food cost controls, and talent development
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high food quality standards
