Location: Arkadelphia, AR (In-Office) Type: Full-Time

To keep doing that work at the highest level, we need a sharp, dependable Paralegal who's ready to dig in.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly alongside our attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and professionally. This is a hands-on role; no two days look exactly alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting and filing legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
Organizing and maintaining case files from intake through resolution
Gathering and summarizing medical records, police reports, and other case evidence
Communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trial
Conducting legal research and summarizing findings clearly and accurately
Tracking deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case milestones
Supporting the team with document management and administrative tasks as needed

The right candidate brings:

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent certification or meaningful hands-on experience in a legal setting
Strong writing and communication skills
The ability to manage a busy caseload without dropping the ball
A calm, professional presence when dealing with clients who are going through a tough time
Comfort with legal research tools, Microsoft Office, and case management software
A team-first attitude; we win together here
