Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Non-licensed Insurance Advocate to join our team! In this energetic role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their insurance options with confidence and clarity. We will provide the paid training needed to obtain your license. Your enthusiasm for customer service, combined with your knowledge of various insurance products, will drive positive client experiences and foster long-term relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while providing exceptional support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. No prior licensing is required; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Duties

Engage with prospective and existing clients through sales efforts.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions in health, life, property, casualty.
Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend appropriate benefits and coverage options
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with benefits administration
Support the sales team in achieving targets through communication skills and outreach efforts in diverse communities

Experience

Proven experience in Insurance, sales or retail environments with a focus on customer relationship building
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Familiarity with insurance practices, including benefits administration and telemarketing techniques
Knowledge of health, life, and commercial insurance concepts is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for candidates eager to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for effective sales administration
Excellent communication skills i
Understanding of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements to ensure ethical practices in all interactions
