Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Information Security, leads strategic initiatives to safeguard organizational assets by managing risk and security governance across global markets. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security frameworks, assess vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. The position requires driving cyber risk management, overseeing security audits, and fostering continuous improvement in security controls. By aligning security strategies with business objectives, the Senior Manager supports sustainable growth while promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and operational excellence within the information security domain.

About the team:

The team designs and scales enterprise cryptographic services by integrating Public Key Infrastructure, Hardware Security Modules, and security automation. Combining software development and infrastructure engineering, it builds secure, cloud-native platforms supporting certificate lifecycle management and key operations across various applications and cloud environments. With a focus on automation, API-driven services, and developer experience, the team delivers resilient, highly available cryptographic solutions that enhance engineering productivity while maintaining enterprise-grade security and compliance. Collaboration and innovation drive continuous advancement in secure platform development within hybrid and multi-cloud settings.

What you'll do...

Lead cross-functional strategic technology initiatives to enhance information security across global markets.
Establish and promote best practices for security governance, risk management, and compliance with corporate policies.
Conduct comprehensive cyber risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
Oversee security audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align security protocols with business objectives and evolving threats.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Drive implementation of security controls and monitor effectiveness to safeguard organizational assets.

What you'll bring:

Proven leadership experience in information security management and strategy development.
Expertise in cyber security, including risk assessment, threat identification, and mitigation techniques.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Experience with Public Key Infrastructure and Hardware Security Module technologies.
Skilled in conducting security audits and implementing controls to address vulnerabilities.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute security initiatives aligned with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5years’ experience in information security or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.Option 2: 7 years’ experience in information security or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

Certification in Security+, GISF, CISM, or CISA, Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity or related area and 3 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
