What You Will Do
- Navigation of and data entry into applicable databases or quality systems (examples: CABS, SHARP, PRISM, Net Inspect, and Common PDM)

Verify product and process compliance with respect to contractual, technical, industry, AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and internal policies

Ensure identification, physical control, and disposition of non-conforming material

Regularly interface with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

Interactions with off-site support functions and suppliers
-
Participate in daily status meetings with the factory support, factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience. In lieu of a degree, an Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience or HS diploma and 4 years of relevant experience"

Manufacturing process experience in one of the following (assembly, inspection, test)

Previous experience reviewing/interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, Bill of Materials (BOMs), consumable materials control

The ability to obtain and maintain an US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The ability to obtain and maintain an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) clearance prior to the start date
Qualifications We Prefer

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Experience with as built reports in the CABS system

Existing DoD Secret Clearance

Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System

Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating, having difficult conversations, and ability to work well with factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders

This position requires security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
