What you'll do:
- Oversee all operational aspects of research study execution in compliance with corporate and industry standards.

Lead planning, recruiting, execution, and closing of research studies, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.

Develop and monitor study plans and key performance indicators to assess progress and address issues.

Drive operational capabilities and resource management for decentralized trial solutions using Walmart data and infrastructure.

Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify needs, remove obstacles, and adjust plans to optimize performance.

Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

5 years’ operational experience in clinical development.
Prior work experience with decentralized trials and/or digital healthcare operations and implementation.
Prior work experience in a clinical research environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior work experience healthcare, clinical trials, regulatory standards, and industry standards.
Prior work experience utilizing Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Prior work experience in a high-growth environment to build a nascent operational infrastructure.
