Staff Pharmacist – Rediscover Why You Became a Pharmacist
Do you remember why you chose pharmacy?
If you became a pharmacist to care for people, build lasting relationships with patients, and make a meaningful impact on your community—but your current work environment leaves you feeling like you spend more time racing the clock than caring for patients—you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
At our independent, family-owned pharmacy, we believe pharmacists should have the time, support, and resources to practice the way they were trained. We value patient relationships over prescription quotas, teamwork over burnout, and people over metrics.
Our patients know us by name, and we know them by theirs.
What You’ll Find Here
- Time to provide thoughtful, personalized patient care.
- A supportive team that genuinely works together.
- A large, experienced team of pharmacists and technicians so you always have the support you need.
- Leadership that listens and values your professional judgment.
- A family-friendly culture that respects your life outside of work.
- A schedule designed with family and personal well-being in mind: we are open Monday-Friday until 6:00 PM, open only a half day on Saturdays, and closed every Sunday and all major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
- Opportunities to grow professionally while making a real difference in your community.
- The opportunity to mentor pharmacy students and help develop the next generation of pharmacists through hands-on learning and real-world patient care experiences.
- The opportunity to take initiative, lead projects, and help shape the future of our pharmacy practice through innovative ideas and new patient care services.
Practice Pharmacy at the Forefront of Patient Care
We are proud to be an innovative independent pharmacy that combines the personal relationships of community pharmacy with advanced clinical services and technology. We have invested in programs, training, and automation that allow our team to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time focused on what matters most: our patients.
In addition to providing excellent dispensing services, we are looking for pharmacists who are forward-thinking, curious, and motivated to help expand the role of community pharmacy. Our pharmacists have the opportunity to identify opportunities, develop new services, lead initiatives, and collaborate with our team to continue advancing the care we provide to our patients.
Our pharmacists and technicians are empowered to provide expanded patient care services, including:
- A robust medication synchronization program supported by dedicated medication synchronization technicians who proactively coordinate refills and improve the patient experience.
- Vaccination services provided by pharmacists and trained technicians.
- Point-of-care testing performed by pharmacists for strep, flu, and COVID-19.
- Use of statewide protocols to prescribe appropriate treatment when indicated following point-of-care testing.
- Oral contraceptive consultations and prescribing services.
- Collaborative patient care opportunities that allow pharmacists to use their clinical knowledge and make a meaningful impact.
We have also invested in pharmacy technology and automation, including multiple Eyecon pill counters and a ScriptPro CRS 150 dispensing robot, to improve workflow efficiency, reduce repetitive tasks, and give pharmacists and technicians more time to focus on patient care.
Our pharmacists are encouraged to use their clinical knowledge, build trust with patients, collaborate with providers, and take pride in practicing pharmacy at a high level. Unlike environments where pharmacists are often left to manage overwhelming workloads alone, our team approach ensures you have the support needed to focus on excellent patient care. We schedule 3–4 pharmacists and 8–10 technicians every weekday, with 1 pharmacist and 4 technicians on Saturdays, so you are part of a team every day.
What You’ll Do
- Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Counsel patients with compassion and confidence.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide immunizations and clinical services.
- Perform point-of-care testing and utilize applicable state protocols to provide expanded patient care services.
- Participate in medication synchronization and other innovative pharmacy programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care and help develop new pharmacy services.
- Lead or participate in projects that expand our practice and enhance the patient experience.
- Mentor and support pharmacy technicians.
- Mentor pharmacy students and interns, helping them develop clinical skills and confidence in patient care.
- Help create an exceptional patient experience every day.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Holds an active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing.
- Enjoys building genuine relationships with patients.
- Values teamwork, kindness, and professionalism.
- Is excited about providing innovative, patient-centered pharmacy care.
- Wants to practice at the top of their license and use their clinical skills.
- Is forward-thinking and enjoys taking initiative to improve processes, develop programs, and expand patient care opportunities.
- Enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping future pharmacists grow.
- Wants to be part of a workplace where their contributions matter.
- Is looking for a long-term professional home—not just another job.

We celebrate family milestones, support one another through life’s challenges, and understand that taking care of our employees allows them to take better care of our patients.
We are looking for pharmacists who want more than a dispensing role—pharmacists who want to contribute ideas, lead change, and help shape the future of independent pharmacy practice. If you’re looking for a place where you can rediscover the joy of practicing pharmacy, provide innovative patient care, mentor future pharmacists, and be part of a team that truly values you, we’d love to meet you.
