Full Job Description

Qualifications:

Masters Degree BCBA (degree, coursework, supervised experience, passed BCBA examination, and certified credential)

Conduct initial and bi-annual comprehensive assessment that describe specific levels of behavior as prescribed by best practice models for all children referred and/or receiving ABA services.

Construct and establish individualized and detailed behavior-analytic treatment plans, that include but are not limited to, identifying information, biopsychosocial information, description of strengths/deficits/barriers across all domains, skills-based assessments, interfering behaviors, progress reporting, parent/caregiver involvement, clinical recommendations, and continued treatment indicators for all children enrolled in ABA services.

Ensure ongoing treatment protocols are implemented repeatedly, frequently, and consistently across environments for all children enrolled in ABA services.

Collect, quantify, and analyze direct observational data of treatment plans and adjust as necessary to maintain progress towards treatment goals.

Design, establish, and manage the social learning environment to maximize progress towards treatment goals. Ensure materials and supplies are available.

Provide direct support and training of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to promote optimal progress towards treatment plan goals, compliance with regulatory standards, and program protocols established by the organization.

Provide direct support and training of Parents to promote optimal progress towards treatment plan goals.

Develop comprehensive infrastructure for supervision of the ABA program that ensures compliance to all regulatory standards (Arkansas Medicaid, Private Insurance, DDS, PASSE, and CASP (The Council of Autism Service Providers).

Secure and maintain diagnosis verification documentation to include child identifying information, guardian information, physician information, and clinical documentation (DMS-693, EPSDT screening notes and/or well child visit notes, 2-pronged ASD diagnosis).

Ensure prior authorizations before any initial and/or ongoing treatment as established by eQHealth EPSDT ABA Therapy guidelines.

Secure adequate staffing patterns to maintain integrity of the ABA program by requesting new hires, interviewing potential staff, and selecting qualified staff.

Ensure all ABA program staff meets annual training requirements as established by regulatory agencies and those of Building Bridges.

Conduct performance evaluations of assigned RBTs as outlined in the Building Bridges Operations Manual.
