Contract Administrator

Dallas, TX
Fully Onsite | Contract Opportunity
Pay: $29/hour +

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking two Contract Administrators to join a busy Category Management team supporting high-volume contract administration functions. One opportunity has the potential to convert to a permanent position, while the second role is expected to remain contract-based.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, thrives in a structured environment, and has experience working with contracts, compliance requirements, and contract management systems. The team is looking for dependable professionals who can consistently work onsite and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Prepare contracts, amendments, and related documentation using standardized templates and forms
Enter, maintain, and update contract data within a contract management system
Route contracts and amendments for approval and execution
Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Maintain contract files and records in accordance with audit and retention requirements
Follow SOX procedures and maintain documentation for audit purposes
Research and respond to internal and external contract-related inquiries
Assist with resolving outstanding accounts receivable items
Review and reconcile invoices prior to final processing
Support contract administration activities for pipeline or industrial contracts depending on team assignment
Assist with data reporting, documentation management, and process improvements

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in contract administration, contract coordination, legal support, or a related field
Experience reviewing, processing, or maintaining contracts and legal documents
Strong data entry and documentation management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite five days per week
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience working with contract management systems such as Aligne or similar platforms
Experience in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, or government
Exposure to compliance, audit, SOX, or regulatory requirements
Accounts receivable or invoice reconciliation experience

Organized and process-driven
Comfortable managing large volumes of documentation
Able to follow established procedures and compliance requirements
A strong communicator who can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Schedule

Fully onsite
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
