Buchanan Technologies is hiring for Mobility Support Specialist

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (On-Site)

Scheduling: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mobility Support Person to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in managing and supporting our mobile devices and services, ensuring seamless communication and productivity for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

Device Management: Order and manage an inventory of cellular phones, iPads, and related accessories.
Data Plan Administration: Request, enable, and suspend cellular data plans for supported devices.
Technical Support: Provide comprehensive support for iOS and Android operating systems, as well as Apple and Android devices.
Administration Tools: Utilize mobile device management tools to configure and maintain devices.
Data Management: Use spreadsheets proficiently, including the implementation of formulas to match data from multiple sources.
Ticketing Systems: Manage and resolve tickets using tools such as Service Now.
Billing and Reconciliation: Review and reconcile phone and data plan bills, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
Detail Orientation with drive to improve processes

Qualifications

Proficient in both iOS and Android operating systems.
Experienced with Apple and Android devices.
Skilled in the use of mobile device management tools.
Proficient in the full M365 suite with strong Excel skills, including the use of data matching formulas.
Familiar with ticketing tools like Service Now.
Strong background in reviewing and reconciling phone and data plan bills.
