Full Job Description

Weitzman is seeking a reliable, energetic, customer service-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team!

This highly visible front desk role is located in our newly renovated, modern headquarters in the Uptown area of Dallas. Our family-owned and operated company has been the most respected provider of retail real estate services in Texas for over 30 years.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary switchboard coverage as a daily backup to the receptionist.
Coordinate schedules with the receptionist to ensure the front desk is always covered.
Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and delivery procedures.
Work with vendors on office equipment maintenance and repairs.
Maintain an organizational system for all office supply inventory and cleanliness in supply rooms, break rooms, print rooms, conference rooms, etc.
Assist other office locations (Austin, Houston, San Antonio) with inventory needs.
Send company-wide communications on office equipment issues or maintenance.
Review, code, and track all office-related invoices.
Submit expense reimbursements for team members as needed.
Assist in property management tasks related to tenant insurance and/or ad hoc projects.
Serve as a backup to our Resource Room Manager.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience working with Microsoft Office
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and identify needs across the organization
Professional and friendly presentation that strives to provide the best experience for everyone who walks through our doors
Exceptional organizational skills
Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Bilingual is a plus
