KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advance marketing generated Leads through established stages from Qualifed Lead to Closed-Won opportunity.
Initiate and maintain sales related records with SageWater’s CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the Sales Coordinator relating to the continuous maintenance of CRM data.
Initiate the customer relationship process by building brand awareness and providing educational resources to property managers, property management companies, board members and apartment owners in various geographic markets across the country.
Research national influencers in the community association and apartment industries to find new opportunities for networking, education and joint marketing.
Strengthen existing company relationships and network to build new ones.
Represent SageWater by actively attending and participating in national and regional community, trade association, and industry events.
Conduct group presentations and consultative relationship building by empathetically presenting SageWater to prospective clients as the go-to expert resource to help solve their piping infrastructure problems.
Conduct job site walks to gather proper information to bid projects.
Support updating and creating new PowerPoint presentations (with marketing) for client specific pitches and proposals.
Work with Estimating team to support the bid process.
Work with in-house Legal and company Executives to navigate the project Contract process.
Review and distribute proposal packages to prospective clients.Schedule and manage pre-construction hand off meetings between with the operations team, internally and with client.
Support marketing by providing direct feedback from clients on the value and impact of our sales and marketing materials and messaging.
Assist Director of Sales with additional as tasks assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Possess strong written and verbal communications skills to educate clients on SageWater services.
Apply critical thinking skills to identify customer challenges and needs and offer solutions and services that meet these client needs.
BA/BS from an accredited university.
Must have previous field sales and/or business development experience.
Must maintain a professional business appearance
Possess an exceptional mastery of rapport building, service consultation and informative presentation
Proficient computer skills (including mastery of Microsoft Office software)
Previous experience delivering professional quality presentations and materials to clients
Exceptional follow-up skills to meet client demands
Superior time-management and organization skills
3-5 years’ sales experience
Willingness to travel

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 annualized base pay based upon experience and qualifications.
