Marketing Specialist

Tungaloy-NTK America is an emerging leader in the development and distribution of innovative carbide cutting tools. We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in a full-time, in-office position based in Arlington Heights, Illinois. We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a member of our marketing department, you will support a wide range of day-to-day marketing initiatives focused on increasing awareness of our company, brand, and products to help drive sales growth. Reporting directly to the Manager of Marketing Operations, this role is ideal for a versatile, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys contributing across multiple areas including graphic design, social media, video production, digital content, and general marketing support. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Support daily marketing activities focused on increasing brand awareness, promoting products, and supporting sales growth across digital and traditional channels.

· Design and update catalogs, brochures, presentations, product flyers, and other branded marketing materials.

· Create, schedule, and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase engagement, visibility, and audience growth.

· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives using ActiveCampaign.

· Manage website updates and digital content within WordPress.

· Plan, film, edit, and publish video content featuring product demonstrations, tooling applications, machining processes, and customer success stories.

· Coordinate the sourcing, design, and ordering of promotional items, apparel, giveaways, and branded materials.

· Support trade shows, open houses, customer events, and in-house seminars through marketing preparation, signage, photography, video, and content creation.

· Provide marketing support to entire organization on a variety of projects and initiatives.

Work Experience and Skills:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, graphic design, or related fields.
Experience filming and editing professional video content for marketing or promotional use.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with video equipment, lighting, audio recording, and publishing content across digital platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to travel quarterly for on-site video production at customer locations.
