Full Job Description

We are a growing group of companies in the food manufacturing, retail, transportation, agriculture, and real estate industries. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the daily bookkeeping functions for 12 related companies.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

Maintain QuickBooks for 12 affiliated companies
Process Accounts Payable (vendor bills and payments)
Process Accounts Receivable (customer invoicing and collections)
Enter bills, invoices, receipts, and other accounting transactions into QuickBooks
Create and send customer invoices
Enter credit card and expense transactions into QuickBooks
Maintain organized digital accounting records
Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking vendors, customers, and employees
Assist with general office and accounting administrative duties
Work closely with ownership to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) – Required
Minimum 3 years of QuickBooks experience
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple companies is preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
