What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

Gathering and documenting business requirements from key stakeholders across the organization
Analyzing current processes using process modeling techniques such as BPMN to identify optimization opportunities
Working with technical and business teams to design solutions that address identified pain points
Creating detailed specifications and requirements documents to guide system implementation and development
Supporting the implementation of business systems and solutions, including testing and quality assurance
Facilitating stakeholder communication and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles
Contributing to process improvement initiatives and helping teams adopt new systems and workflows
Documenting findings, recommendations and lessons learned to support continuous improvement

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

2–5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis or a related role
Strong ability to gather, analyze and document business requirements
Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira
Familiarity with enterprise systems or ERP platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

SAP Certified Associate or similar enterprise systems certification
Experience supporting system implementations or organizational change initiatives
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of business process automation or workflow optimization
