Full Job Description

About the Role:

Do you currently work in management in the hotel, restaurant, country club, or event industry? Are you tired of working 12 hour days, late evenings, Sundays, and holidays? Need a better work-life balance Then we want to hear from you!

Bear Creek Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hospitality Manager to lead and support a Dental Office team of approximately 15–20 team members.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service is about creating a welcoming, organized, and memorable experience for every guest. The Practice Manager will ensure consistent service standards across all locations while developing, coaching, and holding the attendant team accountable.

Hospitality industry experience—particularly in hotels, full-service restaurants, resorts, country clubs, or other guest-focused environments—is highly desirable.

No dental experience necessary! We provide all the hands-on, industry-specific training you need to succeed. Successful candidates will complete an intensive training program that combines hands-on experience in our multidisciplinary dental offices with classroom-based instruction through the Dallas Academy of Dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 15–20 Hospitality Attendants across 14 DFW locations.
Establish and maintain consistent hospitality and guest-service standards
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
Create and manage schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and meet business demands
Serve as the primary point of contact for all direct reports
Monitor attendance, punctuality, appearance, professionalism, and overall performance.
Develop training programs focused on hospitality, communication, professionalism, and patient experience.
Identify service gaps and implement practical solutions to improve the patient and family experience.
Work closely with ownership and executive leadership to ensure hospitality services complement daily dental operations.
Address employee concerns and performance issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and assist with coverage when needed.
Track key operational metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hospitality, guest-service, restaurant, hotel, or similar general management experience preferred.
Experience managing multiple employees across multiple locations is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Comfortable traveling throughout the DFW Metroplex between locations during training.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
