Since 2008, ACH has been a premier boutique custom home builder in the luxury Southlake/Westlake/Colleyville/Keller market, crafting exceptional build-to-suit homes ranging from 4K-10K sq ft. Our business is built on a foundation of deep loyalty, industry-leading innovation, and uncompromising quality. We don't just build houses; we cultivate relationships with our clients, project managers, and elite trade partners.

We are a close-knit, highly collaborative team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a unique, multi-talented individual to join us as a Design Coordinator and Content Creator.

The Role:

We are looking for a hybrid powerhouse: someone with the heart, eye, and education of design, but who possesses the modern digital savvy to showcase our craft to the world.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between inspiration and execution. You will work side-by-side with our elite designers and innovative project managers, learning the luxury custom home business from the ground up. Half of your day might be spent translating a client’s vision into gorgeous mood boards and CAD drawings, while the other half is spent on active luxury jobsites capturing stunning content for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Creation:

Be the champion who celebrates our builds from groundbreaking to final reveal!
Capture high-quality, real-time photo and video content on active, luxury construction sites.
Curate, edit, and manage engaging content for various social media outlets.
Understand and utilize platform metrics, APIs, demographics, and targeted audiences to organically grow the brand.

Design Support & Administration:

Attend all design meetings, builder meetings, selection meetings, and site walks.
Translate client selections into professional mood boards, organized selection schedules, and presentation materials.
Develop drawings and utilize advanced tools to represent design concepts visually.
Document all finalized design details and input them into our online software to ensure seamless communication between designers, project managers, and trades.
Act as a professional liaison in the field, helping to maintain project deadlines and design integrity.

What We Are Looking For:

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CAD software, digital rendering tools, Google Workspace, and an eagerness to master software. Experience with AI visual generators (like Google Gemini) is a major plus.
Social Media Fluent: You don't just use social media; you understand the algorithms, editing styles, and trends that drive engagement on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Construction Minded: Ability to read construction plans and a baseline understanding of design/construction principles.
The Education: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field with a strong portfolio.
Polished & Professional: Excellent communication skills, strong organization, and a professional, fashion-forward presentation that fits the luxury home market.
Grit & Confidence: You aren't afraid to put on a hard hat, follow job site safety, and meet critical deadlines and budgets.
