We are looking for a seasoned, quality-obsessed Kitchen Manager for our Carrollton location who can lead a high-volume, chef-driven kitchen with confidence, precision, and heart.

What You’ll Own

Culinary Leadership

Execute and teach recipes with precision and consistency
Craft specials and collaborate on seasonal menu development
Ensure proper preparation, plating, and presentation every time
Maintain simultaneous, high-quality, on-time ticket execution

Team Development

Hire, train, mentor, and coach BOH leaders and team members
Create schedules that balance business needs and labor goals
Hold the team accountable to sanitation, safety, and quality standards
Develop your crew’s skills and challenge them to grow

Operational Excellence

Order, receive, and check in product accurately
Perform inventory, enter invoices, and manage food cost
Complete P&Ls and administrative responsibilities with accuracy
Maintain all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
Ensure equipment and kitchen systems are clean and operating properly

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Executive Chef leadership experience
At least 5 years of hands-on cooking experience in a full-service, chef-led restaurant
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza preparation
Experience in high-volume kitchens
Food Safety Manager certification (current or willing to obtain)
Strong financial acumen including inventory and P&L management
Calm, steady leadership under pressure
Honest, dependable work ethic and reliable transportation
