**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Services Specialist/Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting records for multiple clients. The Accounting Services Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining our client's financial integrity and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. This position requires strong problem-solving skills & an ability to focus on the details.

**Duties**

- This role will include payroll processing (related payroll taxes - i.e. 940/941 filings, payments & reporting) & sales tax reporting.

- This position requires the management of a myriad of processes for multiple clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis.

- Responsible for managing the activities on all assigned client accounts. This may include processing accounts payable & accounts receivable.

- Reconciliations of financial accounts.

- Ability to work and communicate with client & maintain client relationship with firm.

**Experience**

- A minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.

- Experience with QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks desktop required.

- Knowledge of accounting principles a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate client needs to CPAs (as needed).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Willing to train on specific skills & procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
