Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas

Employment Type: Full-time

About Us

We are a multidisciplinary interventional pain management clinic dedicated to delivering patient-centered care for individuals recovering from traumatic injuries, accidents, and acute and chronic pain conditions. Our collaborative team integrates interventional, rehabilitative, and behavioral health services to support both physical and emotional recovery while improving overall quality of life.

Psychiatrist Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Psychiatrist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience treating patients coping with trauma-related conditions, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and acute and chronic pain-related psychological challenges following accidents and injuries. This physician will work closely with pain management providers and other specialists to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery.

Psychiatrist Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric conditions, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and mood disorders.
Provide medication management and evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to patients recovering from injury and acute and chronic pain conditions.
Collaborate closely with interventional pain physicians, physician assistants, and rehabilitation specialists in a multidisciplinary setting.
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care while helping patients navigate emotional and psychological challenges related to pain and recovery.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
Evaluate appropriate candidates for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and oversee treatment recommendations when clinically indicated.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
Unrestricted Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
Experience treating trauma-related psychiatric conditions and/or acute and chronic pain patients preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary starting at $300,000, commensurate with experience, with productivity incentives.
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; malpractice coverage with tail.
Paid CME days and stipend.
