This is an amazing opportunity to join an elite Plastic Surgeons Practice as a front office support staff. The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, organized, RELIABLE, and can MULTI-TASK. Our team provides FIRST CLASS customer service and is committed to upholding the high standards we provide for all our patients. Successful team members are efficient multi-taskers with a strong work ethic that thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate:
-Must have prior medical office experience, Dermatology or Plastic experience is a huge plus.
-Enjoys communicating with patients, discussing consents, after care, and is detail-oriented.
-Excellent communication skills, and knowledge of medical terminology related to plastic surgery is a huge plus.
- Must be able to problem solve and think independently without a lot of supervision or micro-managing.
-Basic skills should include: EMR experience, chaperoning, and front office administrative duties, as assigned.
- Ensures client has the best experience possible from beginning to end, great follow-up from their visits, and get everything they need.

-Personality and energy is a must!

This is a full time position- 40 hours a week.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum of 1 year of MEDICAL Reception Experience, resumes without will not be considered
-Professionalism and maturity in speech and demeanor are required
-Highly organized with a dedication to follow through and an ability to proactively anticipate needs
-Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
-Must be a team player and also capable of working independently
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

-Salary is SOLELY based on proven experience
