Overview

Fox Outdoor Products is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to lead our strategic relationships with key clients across the country. This role is vital in driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and strengthening long-term client partnerships. As a key player in our sales organization, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise selling, negotiation, and account management to deliver exceptional value to our clients while achieving ambitious sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact within a vibrant, fast-paced corporate environment. Candidates should have established network of one or all of the following industries, tactical, law enforcement, military, or outdoor accounts and a demonstrated ability to grnerate new business quickly.

Responsibilities

Develop new national and regional retail account
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
Prospect and close new business opportunties.
Lead negotiations to close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnership success.
Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, warm calling, and market analysis to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients.
Collaborate with marketing, technical sales teams, and product specialists to tailor solutions that meet client requirements effectively.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Forecast sales pipelines, and maintain detailed account records for strategic planning.
In addition to the salary there will be performance based incentives for achiving sales and new account targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales within a corporate or enterprise selling environment, experience in the tactical, military, outdoor, workwear, or promotional products industries is strongly perferred
Existing relationships with major retailers, distributors, and buying groups are highly desirable.
Need to be able to hit the ground running by leveraging existing high volume customer relationships to bring orders in as soon as possible
Demonstrated success in managing all customer accounts and closing complex deals through effective negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Business development expertise with a focus on identifying opportunities, conducting market analysis, and expanding client portfolios.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to influence decision-makers and manage multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously.
