Full Job Description

Overview

You must be proficent at Quickbooks and ECI Spruce. If you do not know how to operate ECI Spruce, do not apply.

Duties

Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and financial health.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Assist with internal audits, external audits, and regulatory reporting requirements to uphold transparency and accountability.
Utilize financial software such as ECI Spruce, QuickBooks, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage financial data efficiently.
Mentor junior accounting staff or interns by sharing best practices in technical accounting and financial concepts.

Skills

Strong understanding of GAAP, double entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software including ECI SPRUCE, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and spreadsheets for data analysis.
Tracking AP and AR with venodors and customers.
Matching internal PO's with incoming invoices from vendors.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
