Build a Career. Become an Exceptional Operator.
At Brinkerhoff Hospitality, we don't just hire culinary managers—we develop exceptional operators.
Through hands-on training, direct coaching, meaningful leadership opportunities, and a commitment to promoting from within, we're invested in helping ambitious culinary leaders build long-term careers in hospitality.
We're looking for people who want more than their next kitchen management position. We're looking for leaders who want to master restaurant operations, develop great teams, deliver exceptional food consistently, and grow alongside an independent hospitality company with an exciting future.
Our third Savina's Mexican Kitchen opens this fall in Loveland, marking our fifth restaurant overall—with additional concepts already in development. As we continue to grow, we're building our leadership bench today for tomorrow's opportunities.
If you're passionate about leading people, building great kitchens, and becoming a stronger operator every year, we'd love to meet you.
We are currently hiring both Assistant Culinary Managers and Culinary Managers. Level and compensation will be determined based on leadership experience, operational knowledge, and readiness for the scope of the role.
Where You'll Work
Brinkerhoff Hospitality operates restaurants across Colorado's Front Range, including:
- Downtown Denver – Savina's Mexican Kitchen
- Lone Tree – Sierra
- Castle Rock – Savina's Mexican Kitchen, The Brinkerhoff, and Bar Hummingbird
- Loveland – Savina's Mexican Kitchen (Opening Fall 2026)
Culinary leaders may support any of our locations based on business needs, leadership opportunities, and professional development. As our company grows, many leaders gain experience across different restaurants and concepts, broadening their operational expertise and preparing for future advancement.
Our Culture of Care
Exceptional hospitality begins with care.
We believe the guest experience is shaped by every detail—our people, our products, our restaurants, and the pride we take in each of them. By caring deeply for one another and everything that creates the guest experience, memorable hospitality naturally follows.
Everything we do is guided by four core values:
Positive Mental Attitude
Attitude is a choice. Every day, we choose optimism, resilience, professionalism, and solutions.
Serve With Heart
Whether serving guests or teammates, genuine hospitality begins with caring for others and taking pride in creating meaningful experiences.
Team First
Restaurants are a team sport. We thrive by supporting one another, communicating openly, and celebrating shared success.
Better Every Day
Great operators never stop learning. We challenge ourselves to improve every day—for our guests, our teams, and ourselves.
Hands-On Culinary Leadership Development
We believe great culinary leaders are developed through experience, coaching, accountability, and time spent in the operation.
Our culinary leadership development is hands-on and individualized. Assistant Culinary Managers and Culinary Managers work closely with restaurant leadership and our senior culinary leadership team to strengthen the skills needed for their next level of responsibility.
Development is grounded in the real work of operating great kitchens: leading people, building systems, managing food and labor costs, improving consistency, maintaining exceptional standards, and solving problems.
We don't expect leaders to know everything on day one. We do expect curiosity, humility, accountability, and a commitment to getting better.
As Brinkerhoff Hospitality grows, so do the opportunities for culinary leaders who are ready to take on more responsibility.
Who Thrives Here?
The culinary leaders who succeed at Brinkerhoff Hospitality care equally about people, product, and performance.
They understand that a great kitchen requires more than culinary skill. It takes organization, consistency, communication, accountability, financial awareness, and the ability to develop a team.
They are comfortable working alongside their teams, coaching in the moment, holding high standards, and solving problems before they become larger ones.
Most importantly, they want to keep learning.
