Grassroots Associate, Political Canvasser for Conservative Organization

Join the Fight for Freedom, Opportunity, and Prosperity in the Denver County areas of CO

Join Americans for Prosperity in Colorado as a Grassroots Associate and be part of a community of millions of concerned citizens fighting for freedom, opportunity, and prosperity. Work part-time while making a positive impact in your community.

Responsibilities:

· Engage with fellow Coloradans at doors to promote low taxes, limited government, freedom, and economic opportunity.

· Conduct outreach activities such as DOOR-to-DOOR canvassing in VARIED WEATHER conditions.

· Build and maintain relationships with local partners and supporters.

· Provide regular feedback and updates to Americans for Prosperity CO.

Qualifications:

***Must be located in or nearby to the following CO Denver***

Candidates must be within 30 minutes to the cities of Denver, Lakewood, Englewood

· Passionate about promoting freedom, opportunity, and prosperity.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

(***Must be willing and able to knock doors in VARIED WEATHER conditions for multiple hours per day***).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to work weekends but not always required since you will have flexibility to choose hours. Any day of the week is an option.

· Valid driver's license.

Pass background check

Must be available to work minimum 15-20 hour per week. More hours available depending on staffing limits. Max 39.5 hours per week. If you already have a full-time job please do not apply.

***Having a working vehicle for daily use is mandatory. No public transport or rides.****

Benefits:

· Competitive pay at $22.00/hr. Performance increases available.

· Create your own part-time work hours.

***If you are located out of area/state we DO NOT provide relocation assistance or expenses. Interviews will not be granted to out of state applicants.****

Resume optional, but preferred.

Include any relevant sales, phones, canvassing, political experience. (This type of experience is preferred, but strong communication skills are required)
