About Friday
Friday Personal Assistants matches exceptional personal assistants with busy professionals and families who need more than a task manager. They need someone they can genuinely trust. We place our PAs with clients as fractional or full-time support, with a focus on keeping homes running smoothly and lives feeling manageable. Think laundry done, the fridge restocked, the house reset, and one less thing on the list.
About This Role
This is an immediate opening with a family of five in Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood. They recently relocated to Denver and are settling into a new home while one parent begins a demanding medical practice. There are three daughters in the household.
Right now, the biggest need is help bringing order to a home in transition: coordinating home projects, organizing spaces, researching purchases, handling returns, running errands, and keeping track of the many loose ends that come with a major move.
What matters most to this family is collaborative planning. They want someone who will sit down with them for an hour or two, talk through everything on their plate, help prioritize, brainstorm solutions, and build an action plan together. Then run with it. If you enjoy turning someone else's scattered mental list into finished work, this is your kind of placement.
This role starts small and is expected to grow. The family has been clear that they want to build trust first and expand the scope over time if it's a good fit. Calendar and email management are not part of the role initially.

How This Works
This is a job posting for a single, immediate opening with a family in Denver. We are also continuing to add PAs to our Friday Network. If you apply and are not chosen for this role, you'll go through our interview process and, if you are a great fit, be added to the Friday PA Network.
From there, as we onboard new clients across the Denver area, we'll reach out to you when a placement opportunity matches your availability, location, and skill set. If the client sounds like a good match to you, we'll share your candidate profile with them for consideration. If they'd like to move forward, you'll interview directly with the client and, if it's a mutual fit, you're in.
Once you're matched and a client contract is in place, you'll work directly with your client to set a schedule that works for both of you. You're guaranteed the hours your client has committed to. Clients sign agreements based on a minimum weekly hour threshold, so you're not left guessing week to week.
Why Friday
- W2 employment; we don't work with contractors, so you have real employment protections
- Guaranteed minimum hours once a client match is made
- Flexible placements that fit around your existing schedule
- A team that supports you; you're never placed and left to figure it out alone
- Relationship-based work with clients who genuinely value what you bring to their home and life
- The chance to grow with a company that's expanding fast and takes PA work seriously as a profession
