Full Job Description

Safford Mazda Chantilly is looking for an Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

This is an opportunity for a F&I professional who knows how to structure deals, build lender relationships, deliver a great customer experience, and maximize performance while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 to $200,000 Annually

Compensation is based on experience and performance.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of successful Automotive F&I Manager experience, preferably in franchise dealership
Experience with Reynolds Ignite, docuPAD, and Routeone.
Proven ability to deliver professional and effective menu presentations
Understanding of automotive lending, lender programs, deal structure, and compliance
Ability to work closely with the sales management team to maximize approvals and structure profitable, fundable deals
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), digital retailing platforms, and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of DMV requirements and automotive finance regulations
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Availability to work weekends

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in both dealership performance and the customer experience. Responsibilities include:

Manage the customer finance process from credit application through final delivery
Work with customers both in person and through digital retailing channels
Structure deals and secure competitive lender approvals
Present financing options and vehicle protection products professionally, transparently, and compliantly
Partner with sales managers and sales professionals to maximize deal opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, captive lenders, and vendor partners
Ensure contracts, funding packages, title documents, and required paperwork are accurate and completed on time
Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, lender, and dealership compliance requirements
Help drive strong CSI and long-term customer satisfaction
Maintain an efficient, organized, and accountable F&I process
