Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic, Spanish-speaking Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients seeking personal insurance solutions, providing expert guidance, tailored policy options, and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and sales skills will help grow our client base while ensuring existing clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate personal insurance products such as auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
Manage new account acquisitions through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while aligning with company guidelines
Process sales administration tasks accurately, including policy quotes, endorsements, renewals, and documentation
Conduct analysis of client portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities and optimize coverage solutions
Assist clients with benefits administration related to their policies and handle inquiries promptly

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining profitability
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, bilingual abilities are highly valued
Proficiency in sales administration systems and analysis tools for evaluating client data
Ability to effectively market insurance products through telemarketing and community engagement strategies
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations (if applicable) and benefits administration processes
