Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Client Success to lead our client engagement initiatives and drive exceptional customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of client success strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and foster long-term relationships with clients. Your leadership will ensure that our clients receive unparalleled service, resulting in high satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our client success operations while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive client success strategies aligned with company goals to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of client success managers, support specialists, and other related roles to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication of service value propositions.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track client interactions, analyze data trends, and identify opportunities for upselling or renewal.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct regular review meetings with key clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and address any concerns proactively.
Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize workflows, and improve overall client experience metrics.
Manage escalations effectively by coordinating internal resources and maintaining transparent communication with clients.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the team through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve a diverse global client base effectively.
Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing teams in customer support or client services roles.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Demonstrated expertise in project management principles to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Extensive experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) for managing client relationships and analytics.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, technical support, and product teams.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
Proven ability to coach teams effectively in customer service management best practices.
Experience supervising call center operations or managing large-scale customer support teams is preferred.
Knowledge of negotiation techniques to facilitate contract renewals or issue resolutions successfully.
Technical proficiency in understanding product/service offerings to communicate value propositions clearly.
