Full Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Assistant for a temporary opportunity with a law firm handling real estate, foreclosure, HOA, eviction, probate, and estate planning matters.

This position will begin on a part-time schedule of 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM, with the opportunity to transition to full-time hours at the end of July.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and file legal documents through both e-filing and traditional filing methods
Draft complaints and other legal pleadings
Assist with foreclosure, HOA, and eviction matters
Support probate and estate planning matters, including preparation of related documents
Maintain case files and assist attorneys with administrative and legal support tasks

Qualifications:

Previous legal experience (including legal internships or junior paralegal roles) preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Notary Public certification is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
