Part-Time Licensed Esthetician & Aesthetics Sales Specialist

Timeless Vitality is looking for a warm, motivated Licensed Esthetician with strong sales experience to join our growing aesthetics practice. Our primary services are CryoFacials and Cryo Body Contouring using the Neveskin Classic device, and this will be the main focus of the position.
You will be fully trained on the Neveskin Classic and will use this device for the majority of your client appointments. We are also exploring additional skin-tightening and rejuvenation services for the future, so candidates with additional treatment experience, certifications, or applicable licensing may have opportunities to expand their role over time.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with clients, educating them about treatment options, recommending packages and products, and helping them feel confident in their skin and body.
We are especially interested in someone who combines excellent client care with a natural ability to sell and who would enjoy growing with an established aesthetics practice.
The Position
This position would begin with approximately 8–16 hours per week, based on your availability and the needs of the practice.
Our goal is to create a fairly consistent weekly schedule, while still allowing flexibility in how those hours are structured.
Depending on your availability, your schedule could include:
- Daytime appointments
- Early morning appointments
- Evening appointments
- Additional vacation or team coverage
- Additional hours as client demand grows
You would also serve as a fill-in team member for vacation days, time off, and other scheduling needs, which may occasionally provide several additional workdays or hours during a month.
Timeless Vitality currently serves approximately 30+ clients per week between two practitioners. As our third team member becomes fully trained and established, there is potential to expand your schedule and take on additional clients and hours as the practice continues to grow.
Sales Experience Is Important
A major part of this position is helping clients understand which treatments packages they need, and products may best support their goals.
We are looking for someone who feels confident:
- Recommending treatment packages and services
- Selling multi-session treatment plans
- Educating clients about treatment options and expected benefits
- Recommending products when appropriate
- Working toward sales and conversion goals
Our approach is educational, relationship-based, and client-centered. We want someone who listens carefully, understands the client's goals, communicates clearly, and feels comfortable making confident recommendations.

Aesthetics Experience
Experience in the aesthetics, med spa, skincare, beauty, or body-contouring industry is highly preferred.
You will be training on our Neveskin Classic device on the following:
- Treatment protocols
- Client consultations
- Body contouring and facial treatments
- Package recommendations
Additional aesthetics skills are a major plus as we expand, particularly experience with:
- Microneedling
- Skin-tightening treatments
- Facial rejuvenation
- Body contouring
- Non-invasive aesthetic technologies
We are actively exploring additional skin-tightening and rejuvenation services, so someone who brings additional treatment expertise, certifications, or applicable licensing may have opportunities to expand their role over time.
Additional Responsibilities
This position may also include:
- Educating clients on skincare, treatments, products, and home-care recommendations
- Maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene
- Preparing and maintaining clean, organized treatment rooms
- Documenting client treatments and recommendations appropriately
- Supporting a professional, welcoming, and positive client experience
Compensation
Starting compensation is $30/hour plus performance-based monthly bonus opportunities.
There is potential for increased compensation over time based on performance, reliability, sales results, additional treatment skills, expanded responsibilities, and growth within the practice.
Schedule
This is a flexible but consistent part-time position.
We anticipate:
- Approximately 8–16 hours per week to start
- A recurring weekly schedule based on your availability
- Flexibility for daytime, early morning, and/or evening appointments
- Additional vacation and team coverage as needed
- Opportunity for increased hours as the practice grows
