Medical Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist

Pay: $23.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

The Beauty Method of Asheville, operated by Ariava Medical, PLLC, is a new luxury medical aesthetics practice opening in Asheville, North Carolina. We are dedicated to providing advanced aesthetic treatments, exceptional patient care, and a five-star patient experience in a welcoming, modern environment.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Medical Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist to become one of our founding team members. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a brand-new practice while helping create an exceptional experience for every patient from their very first phone call through every visit.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide an exceptional first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries.
Convert prospective patient leads into scheduled consultations and treatment appointments through excellent communication and customer service.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and assist with clinical documentation.
Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers during aesthetic procedures.
Perform blood draws for PRP/PRF (if qualified).
Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment instructions.
Maintain inventory and ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Assist in creating a luxury, welcoming atmosphere throughout the practice.
Work collaboratively with our team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or a medical spa is highly preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong sales and relationship-building abilities with confidence speaking to prospective patients.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable learning new technology and aesthetic equipment.
Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
