Job Type: Full-Time : 32-35 hours per week (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday off)

Pay rate: $17-$20 (Intro, Level I, Level II) + profit sharing (after 6 months)
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:15-12:30 & 1:30-6:00, & Wednesdays 1:30-6:00

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail oriented Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our dynamic and unique team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the clinical operations of our practice and ensuring that patients receive exceptional care. This role involves direct patient interaction, preparing patients for treatment, administering therapeutic modalities under the chiropractor’s direction, and educating patients on stretches and exercises to improve their quality of life naturally.
The ideal candidate is someone who can connect genuinely with a diverse range of practice members, is dependable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

- Eager to dive in, learn fast, and get up to speed with team processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with all types of practice members.
- Ability to work independently and exceed expectations without constant supervision.
- A passion for natural health care and a commitment to supporting patients’ journey toward improved quality of life.
- Must be adaptable, flexible, and a strong team player.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with physical activity, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for chiropractic care, including assessing patient needs and providing appropriate therapeutic modalities under the chiropractor’s direction.
- Educate patients on prescribed stretches, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall health and wellness.
- Stand, bend, and remain on your feet for extended periods during patient treatments.
- Assist with patient mobility, helping position patients as necessary.
- Ensure the treatment environment is clean, organized, and always properly equipped.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the practice, including answering phone calls, managing patient flow, and patient communications.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task efficiently and maintain a positive, welcoming attitude in all situations.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of the practice and team members.
- Show a genuine commitment to the well-being of patients, demonstrating respect for their health journey and providing consistent, high-quality care.
- Regularly participate in team meetings, seeking and accepting constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Be proactive in maintaining familiarity with clinic policies, patient care standards, and office technology tools, such as MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
