Administrative Support Coordinator

We are looking for a dependable Administrative Support Coordinator to help support communication between vendors, purchasing, and accounting. This is not a high-drama or high-phone-volume environment. It is a structured office role for someone who enjoys accuracy, organization, problem solving, and professional communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

Tracking purchase orders and vendor follow-up
Reviewing pricing, quantities, and part numbers for accuracy
Resolving discrepancies professionally and clearly
Processing refunds and returns
Maintaining organized digital records and documentation
Assisting with administrative support tasks and internal coordination

Skills & Experience

Strong written communication skills
Comfortable using email, Excel, and Google Sheets
Previous administrative or office experience required
Accounts Payable experience is a plus
High school diploma required; college preferred
