Full Job Description

About Us:
RSVP, Inc. has been a trusted provider of Workers’ Compensation medical case management services since 1981. We are committed to facilitating quality medical care, timely return-to-work outcomes, and compassionate support for injured workers across Virginia.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Case Manager to support our growing caseload in Central Virginia. This is a field-based role with flexibility, offering the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful difference in the lives of injured workers.

Responsibilities:

Provide medical case management services for Workers’ Compensation claims
Coordinate medical care and facilitate communication between physicians, employers, and insurance carriers
Develop return-to-work plans and monitor treatment progress
Complete timely and accurate documentation and case reports

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Prior experience in Workers’ Compensation case management required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload

Schedule:
Part-time; flexible hours based on caseload demand

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
