Requirements

Active Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident license in the State of Missouri (or a willingness to obtain them) (We can provide pre-licensing help)
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous sales experience (preferred but not required)
Positive attitude
Coachable and open to constructive criticism

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships through networking, referrals and outreach
Assess clients needs and provide tailored insurance solutions (life, health, auto, home and commercial)
Explain policy options, terms, and benefits clearly and confidently
Guide clients through the insurance application process and policy selection
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements
Achieve individual and team sales goals
Stay up to date on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
