Your Contribution to the TEAM
Our Residential Jobsite Superintendents work alongside a wide range of team members to bring to life the drawings designed by our renowned design team. You will never be bored as part of a larger team of project managers, interior designers, and project development leaders.
A successful team member within this role will be proficient in residential construction and be willing to be a working supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess skills carpentry skills and/or other technical abilities within residential construction.
Ultimately, you will be part of the team helping build a lifestyle for our homeowners. With a focus on delivering a one of a kind experience for our home owners, this role is a key component to project delivery that must be a self-driven person who strives for success at a high level.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in using project scheduling software, project management software and Microsoft office.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience within residential construction management, those with commercial experience will also be considered.
· 10+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred (framing or trim carpentry)
· Ability to operate company owned equipment and transport materials as needed
· Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and assemblies is required.
· Understanding /awareness of building science and energy efficient construction techniques is important.
· National, State & Local Building Code knowledge is preferred
Who you are:
- A self-driven individual able to work independently and within a team.
- A project leader who is capable of managing the day-to-day jobsite operations in a clean and professional manner, while being able to interact with homeowners as needed.
- A lead point of contact for all subcontractors, vendors and building officials on a given project.
- A detailed-oriented individual capable of reviewing and documenting project progress, while assisting the project management team as needed in job cost updates, scheduling and contractor management.
- A research driven individual able to apply information regarding products/materials, code/zoning, and other building-related topics to your daily work.
- An individual who possesses the skills and know how to run a complete residential project start to finish once drawings are completed and permitted.
- A leader within the field who is willing and able to self perform work in the field alongside other trade professionals.
