Prospect Urgent Care is a small privately owned business in Ashtabula, OH. We are professional, agile, patient-centric and our goal is to help the greater Ashtabula community with their medical needs and necessities .

Be prepared to leave at the end of the day only after patient care is completed. We are here to serve the community and sometimes that means staying a little late.

As a small, privately owned company, we value your input in improving patient care.

Review lab results and imaging studies
Interview patients concerning their symptoms and conduct a thorough physical examination. Order and interpret various labs, radiographs, EKGs, etc.
Procedures including but not limited to I&Ds, laceration repairs, FB removals, starting IVs, etc.
Follow up with patients regarding labs results or radiology results
Administer or prescribe appropriate treatments utilizing evidence-based medicine
Must be capable of seeing pediatric patients
Refer patients to specialists OR ER when medically necessary or appropriate
Document the patients’ visits treatment plan and follow up
Follow-up with patients regarding progress in high risk or emergency cases.
Follow-up daily on laboratory tests and X-Rays.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Understand the concepts of universal precautions, HIPAA and OSHA.
Be a team player with good interpersonal skills who is confident working independently.
Maintain a warm, friendly attitude while maintaining professionalism in patient interactions.
Maintain excellent communication skills.
Be able to multi-task.
Be patient-centric and provide high quality compassionate care

Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week
