-No cold calling, this is not a commission sales job that is risky...people call us all day long and we help them.

-This is a CAREER for a Rexburg local. We only want to hire someone who can be with us long term. This is not a call center and it is not a temporary job......we are Dave Ramsey's endorsed insurance agency. People find us through Dave Ramsey, then we find their best home and auto insurance option. We save them money and make them happy!

-Our team is a close knit group, we are like family. We are looking for someone who is low drama, has a good attitude and can work hard.

-This job makes us feel good because we are totally helping people and making them happy.

-You don't need to know anything about insurance. We do all the training.

-We are very busy, so we need someone who can work hard and who can handle being busy all day long.

-Necessary skills: The person that we hire must have strong computer skills and must type at least 50 words per minute.

-If you want a boring job where you look at the clock, then don't apply with us. If you want to learn and grow and help people and get better every day, then let's see if you are a good fit for this position!

-Because we do so much training, I want someone who can be with us at least for a couple years minimum.

***If you can't be with us for at least three years, please don't apply. This is not a student job. If you are a student and can be with us a long time, that would be okay.
